Typical Flat Fee Services:*

Basic Estate Plan for an Individual – Includes Will, Living Will a/k/a Advance Directive, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, and Declaration of Homestead (if necessary), but excludes Trust – $750

Basic Estate Plan for a Married Couple – Includes Wills, Living Wills a/k/a Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, HIPAA Releases, and Declaration of Homestead (if necessary), but excludes Trust – $1250

Intermediate Estate Plan for an Individual – Includes Pourover Will, Living Will a/k/a Advance Directive, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, and Declaration of Homestead (if necessary), and Revocable Living Trust – $1200

Intermediate Estate Plan for a Married Couple – Includes Pourover Wills, Living Wills a/k/a Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, HIPAA Releases, Declaration of Homestead (if necessary), and Revocable Living Trusts – $2250

Advanced Estate Plan for an Individual – Includes Pourover Will, Living Will a/k/a Advance Directive, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, Declaration of Homestead (if necessary), Irrevocable Medicaid Trust and Preparation of one Deed for Transfer of Real Estate – $3500

Advanced Estate Plan for a Married Couple – Includes Pourover Wills, Living Wills a/k/a Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, HIPAA Releases, Declaration of Homestead (if necessary), Irrevocable Medicaid Trusts and Preparation of one Deed for Transfer of Real Estate – $5500

Complex Estate Plans for Individuals or Married Couples – quoted on a case by case basis

Preparation of Quitclaim Deed – Excludes title exam – $275

Preparation of Quitclaim Deed with Title Exam – $275 plus cost of title exam

Preparation of Promissory Note and Mortgage – $750

Preparation of Nominee Trust for Holding Real Estate – Includes Schedule of Beneficial Interest, Trustee Certificate and preparation of one Quitclaim Deed for transfer of real estate – $650

Limited Liability Corporation Formation (single member or two-member) – Includes Operating Agreement and preparation of up to one Quitclaim Deed for transfer of real estate – $1750

Condominium Conversions – Includes Master Deed, Declaration of Trust, Rules and Regulations, Section 6d Certificate Template and First Unit Deed Template – starting at $3500

Prenuptial Agreements – starting at $3500

Uncontested Divorces – Based on parties having no children, no assets for division, no alimony and no issues in dispute – includes preparation of Complaint and separation agreement and one appearance at final hearing – $1250

*Flat fees do not include recording fees, filing fees and related court costs, or fees related to services from other professionals, such as architects and surveyors.  In the event a flat fee is not suitable due to complexity of matter, hourly fees or alternative fee agreements may be negotiated.  Representation commences upon execution of a fee agreement.

Hourly Fees:

Jennifer L. DiCarlo, Esq., Principal – $225, but may vary depending on the complexity of the matter.
